Family Cemeteries
by Stacy Vellas

Many people buried their family members on the home place in the early 1900's and before. A woman named Bailey e-mailed me and asked me if her grandmother was buried in Harrington Cemetery as the records said her burial was in LeMay Township. I told her no, but to look on a high knoll on the Bailey homestead. The Baileys live about 5 or 6 miles north of the Harrington Cemetery in UO (Unorganized) LeMay Township.

My Cousin Cora and I were shown a baby's grave just off of White Elk Road. There was a small fence around the grave. It was one of the Old's children and about a mile and a half from the Harrington Cemetery. Steven Olds e-mailed me this information about the child, Harold Olds (above), and his parents.
